Hackers Target Aion... Again

NCSoft has been struggling to battle hackers, botters and phishers since the release of Aion. The war continues and it seems as though the hackers continue to make progress. A recent email from Aionsource to its subscribers warns about a recent attack. More than ever, be careful with where you put in your private information. These notices are reactive, meaning many of us have already received the phishing attempts.

Also please thoroughly read our announcement regarding how to protect yourself and your passwords form phishing scams.

We Wish You a Merry Christmas and a...

We here at Warpath would like to wish you and your loved-ones a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This has been a busy year for many of us, both in the gaming world and the real-life world. We've had a lot of new faces join our ranks over the past 12 months and a lot of new memories have been made.

Whether you're playing an MMO, FPS, RTS, or some other form of a game during your holiday break, make sure you take a few moments to smell the roses and enjoy the memories. Lot's of new, exciting games are on the horizon for 2010 and I'm sure we'll see a lot more fun had! Until then, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Whether you're celebrating the American Thanksgiving Day or not, we here at Warpath would like to wish everyone a very happy T-Day! Eat up, let out your belt, and try to sneak in a moment or two of reflection about what really matters in life: video games! (duh!)

Warpath is rank 3!

Thank you all for you generous donations. It is an effort to raise over 1.2 mil kinah even with as many players as we have. Many of our players are 300+ crafters and that is a great expense! Despite all that everyone gave generously and we met our goal!

This leads to our custom emblem. Continue to submit your designs on this topic here. Voting will begin on Wednesday, October 28; which means that submissions must be in before the voting topic is created.

Continue to donate to the guild fund. We are working to improve our crafters, stock up on supplies for events, and even gather some prizes. Remember a great way to donate a small amount of kinah is to participate regularly in the lottery. All of the details are in a stickied post located here.

Warpath Lottery

Now is your chance to become rich beyond your wildest dreams! Picture mountains of kinah by which you can swim through like Scrooge McDuck!

Warpath is happy to announce that we have set up a new in-game lottery system. This is a reoccurring event with a chance to win big, or help out the guild with a donation.

A portion of the proceeds will be added to the guild funds which will be used in a variety of events, crafting, etc. Good luck in this week's drawing!
